Send use all your requirements on an email, then we will calculate mileage and times and return your quote ASAP

How and when do we pay?

Regular Clients are invoiced after work is completed and expected to pay within 30 days. First time customers need to pay a deposit of 25% to secure vehicle, then pay the balance 24 hours before the journey date. We accept all major credit and debit cards with 3% charge. Payment can also be made by Bank Transfer. 20% VAT is to be added to all quotes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled pick up time will be charged in full. This is because of loss of earnings from other bookings and vehicles being prepared for the clients journey.

Do you do airport transfers?

We do Airport Transfers with all information provided so we can monitor your flight arrival time, and will arrive at the Airport 15 minutes after your flight has landed. You can be provided with chauffeur telephone number and contact him to arrange exactly which entrance and time for him to meet and assist you with your luggage. Then you will continue to your final destination safely.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts to over 90’s with both parents present that have TITANIC boarding passes on arrival of vehicle.
